True story:

I walked past my gym bag this morning.

It was neatly packed.

Shoes, towel, water bottle, all ready to go.

The only problem?

It’s been sitting there for days.

Every time I see it, I tell myself,

“I’ll go tomorrow.”

But tomorrow turns into later.

And later turns into… never.

Preparation means nothing without execution.

Packing the bag feels productive.

It tricks your brain into thinking you’ve made progress.

But until you go, it’s just potential energy collecting dust.

We all do this in different ways:

The unread course.

The drafted post.

The saved idea.

We prepare.

We plan.

We feel ready, but we don’t move.

Here’s the truth:

Momentum doesn’t come from being ready.

It comes from starting messy.

So let me ask you:

What’s one thing you’ve prepared for, but haven’t actually acted on yet?

Reply and tell me.

Sometimes saying it out loud is the first step to finally doing it.
