THE ALIVENESS SERIES โ€” PART 4 OF 4

Most people build their week backward.

First, they schedule what has to happen.

The meetings.
The deadlines.
The errands.
The responsibilities.

Then they hope there will be some time left for what makes them feel alive.

But there usually isnโ€™t.

Because obligations expand until they occupy every empty space you give them.

And the things that matter deeplyโ€”but arenโ€™t urgentโ€”get pushed into a future that never quite arrives.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL ALIVE CANโ€™T KEEP LIVING IN YOUR LEFTOVER TIME.

This week, we explored a different kind of exhaustion.

On Monday, we saw that feeling tired can sometimes come from being underused, not only overworked.

On Wednesday, we recognized when comfort stops restoring us and starts becoming a cage.

Yesterday, you used the Energy-After Test to notice which difficult things drain youโ€”and which give something back.

Now comes the part that changes something:

Giving those things an actual place in your life.

Look at the activities you marked with a + yesterday.

Choose one.

Then place it in next weekโ€™s calendar before the week fills itself.

Thirty minutes to work on the idea.
One honest conversation.
A training session that reconnects you with your strength.
An hour creating something nobody asked you to create.
A walk without your phone where you can hear yourself think.

Call it your Aliveness Block.

It isnโ€™t another productivity technique.

It isnโ€™t something you earn after finishing everything else.

And it doesnโ€™t have to produce a measurable result.

ITS PURPOSE IS TO REMIND YOU THAT YOUR LIFE IS MORE THAN WHAT IT REQUIRES FROM YOU.

Protect that block like an important meeting.

Because it is one.

Your calendar doesnโ€™t only show where your time goes.

It reveals which version of you is being given room to exist.

So before you close this email:

Choose the activity.
Choose the day.
Choose the time.

And if next week becomes chaotic, create a ten-minute version instead of deleting it completely.

You donโ€™t need to redesign your entire life this weekend.

YOU JUST NEED TO STOP LEAVING YOURSELF OUT OF IT.

What are you putting into your Aliveness Block?

Hit reply and tell me.
I read every single one.

Stop losing deals you should be winning.

Bad leads. Slow deals. Objections you didn't see coming.

That's not a sales problem. You're selling to the wrong people.

Most founders never stop to define exactly who their product is actually for. So they pitch everyone, convert few, and wonder why the funnel's broken.
